Decent food, space for large groups or counters and small tables for quick solo or couple diners. This was my second time here, and the staff are always happy to serve you, there's a lot of variety, and there's unlimited food and drinks for ￥2,000+. One of the best places for parties in Tokushima, and conveniently close to the station.

You know it’s going to be good when you see many locals eating at the restaurant…. the locals always know. I recommend getting there a bit earlier, as there were people waiting 20 minutes before opening (11am). The restaurant gets quite busy, so please refrain from bringing large luggages with you. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the sashimi. Everything we ordered was great. They serve Kirin and Asahi beer and a wide variety of sakes. You can also get highballs and sour drinks. Please note that menu is in Japanese, so use Google translate to help you order. There is an English menu available, as well. You can also find specialty food items written on menus attached to the wall. Smoking section located outside the Izakaya. The toilet is Japanese style (not Western style) This Izakaya is located about 5 min from the JR Tokushima station. Will be back next time I’m in Tokushima. Enjoy

Value for money, super tasty Japanese food. They serve lunch set. Super worth for lunch. You can see mostly local Japanese customers visit this small restaurant. They have counter seat and table at 1st floor and tatami seat at 2nd floor. We ordered 2 lunch sets with 2 small dishes. The shirako (Fish Sperm) is super good. Give it a try. You won't regret. The staff all very friendly. Will come back again if I visit Tokushima again.

My friend has a lot of allergies and couldn't go to a lot of the local restaurants. The owner here accomodated her needs and made some mean ramen!!

It’s typical Japanese izakaya and I felt back in 20th century. The place doesn’t look sophisticated however the quality of food is superb and so reasonable. Please note you may not feel welcome when you enter this restaurant but don’t worry they will soon soften if you show your respect to them. The English menu is available, good luck!

Went in hungry, came out bloated and happy. Friendly efficient staff, English menu okay. Has almost everything you want to eat in japan, it only depends on the season. Wish i had more stomach capacity and money to try everything on the menu. Locals pour into this place, and for a good reason, cos it is just damn good.
